Let all you do be done in love.
This is a reminder etched onto my heart that I am very grateful for. In times where I feel fearful, or anxious or judgmental…I remind myself to go back to love. What is the most loving thought I can have right now? What is the most loving thing I can do right now?
The world needs more love, that’s for sure. And my favorite part? Yes, this absolutely means to love others. But sometimes…the person I need to love the most in a specific moment is myself.
Through my journey of grief and loss, these reminders have been needed now more than ever. I remind myself to give myself grace and to slow down and just love. Hug yourself. Hydrate. Do something pleasurable. Reach out to someone else and help them. Let’s stick to love in all that we do.
